Dear American Energy Systems,

Well I am not sure how you did it, since UPS told us overnight was not possible to here. However, we did receive the harness overnight, and it arrived about 7 pm on 12/14. We were able to get the stove rewired without too much trouble, and the notes you put on the diagram helped us a lot. We did have to jumper the switches together since our Reliant T40 had 3 instead of 2. We did test it last night and it seemed to be ok.

This afternoon we were able to get it outside to test it to see if it would work completely correct, and it did. We got our stove installed again in its spot this evening around 6 pm and our house is finally warm! It is putting off its lovely glow and blowing just like it should.

I am very happy that you helped us so much, and we do appreciate it very much. It has been a blessing to find your company and know that parts and service are still available for our stove. Again, thank you so much for all the help that you have given us.  It is not forgotten nor fallen on deaf ears per say. I will make sure to pass on American Energy Systems info on to anyone I meet or know if they are looking for any info and/or parts or a stove.

We rent where we are, and I know for a fact that our great little stove will go with us no matter where we move to, even if it were FL.

No one around here (other companies) wanted to even look at our stove and only offered new ones with little to no service. Your help and assistance has been a blessing to us this year and is greatly appreciated.
