Pellet Stove Help When You Need It Most

pellet stove helpOne thing that really sets American Energy Systems apart is our desire to make sure customers are happy. From the first time they ask questions, to the ordering process, installation, and maintenance, we go out of our way to make sure MagnuM and Country Flame appliance owners have some place to turn when questions arise.

Our desire to provide pellet stove help when customers need it most is important and something we measure by the feedback we receive directly from our customers. In most cases, they contact us to let know about their experiences and offer their testimonials and stories in hopes they can tell other people about their positive heating experience.

Our technical department recently received this from a customer named Mark, who wanted to “take a minute to compliment you on the quality and speed of your reply. I wish everyone went that extra mile. You not only answered my question, but went the extra with directions on how to do it. It’s very much appreciated, now that we live in an area where finding someone to do maintenance can be a challenge…”

Another customer, Laurie, shares “We are truly blessed to have the stove, and did the right thing by buying a MagnuM stove.”

We welcome your comments (below), emails, and phone calls. We love to hear your stories and help answer any questions you may have not matter if you’ve owned a pellet stove for years or buying your first one.

If you are from Canada the toll free number will not work. You can order parts though without calling the factory at http://www.americanenergysystems.com on the ECOM store. If you need to call the factory that number is 320-227-2903. If you need help with technical questions email [email protected]

How can I repair a 3500P, that gets wood pellets stuck between the feed tube and the auger?
I have used different type’s of pellets, honed any groves out of the tube, installed the auger upgrade kit. But I still get jams( wood gets pinched between the tube and feed auger).

The auger might be worn and need to be replaced and if you didthat with the upgrade kit then the auger tube might be wornbigger I te back creating a funnel shape and you need to hone the front of the tube more to eliminate packing of the fuel. Could also just be bad fuel. Also lift the bracket for the auger plate as high as it will go.

Sould I adjust the auger bracket holes, so the auger can be set to the top of the feed tube at the hopper end?

You would want to move the auger bracket up so that the auger is as high as possible without binding or making noise. There is only about 15 thousandths of an inch play so you would not be moving it much.
