From the first time they ask questions, to the ordering process, installation, and maintenance, we go out of our way to make sure MagnuM and Country Flame appliance owners have some place to turn when questions arise.
Our desire to provide pellet stove help when customers need it most is important and something we measure by the feedback we receive directly from our customers. In most cases, they contact us to let know about their experiences and offer their testimonials and stories in hopes they can tell other people about their positive heating experience.
