In case you haven’t noticed yet, there is a new live chat help feature on our e-commerce store to help customers find the appliance or parts they need. All you have to do is navigate to our main website, and the “Chat with us now” button will pop-up in the bottom right corner. “I just want to thank your online chat person and your in-store person, Vicky, for everything they did to assist us with our stove that decided to stop feeding pellets during our -8 degree weather. The online chat person gave me six local dealers and a (phone) number to call to order, in the event the dealers couldn’t assist us. Vicky did everything she could to get our needed part overnighted to us and even called us back to let us know the part was shipped and when it would arrive! This is the only money we have needed to spend on our stove since purchasing seven years ago! Thank you all so very much!” ~Nancy
