I want to thank the most amazing team of professional customer service people I have ever come across!! I recently tried to order some fuses for our pellet stove. For some reason the website wouldn’t let me complete my order and pay, just kept saying that Googlerecapcha failed. I finally gave up intending to call the next day as this was on a Sunday. I got busy and forgot to call, but later that morning, I received a call from the most amazing lady! She noticed that I had tried to place an order several times so she called to see if she could help. I asked her if we could complete the order over the phone and she said she’d try. I was able to complete my order and unbeknownst to me, she discussed the reason I was ordering so many fuses with their tech man. Their tech man reached out to me via my email address discussing things we could try to fix our problem with stove blowing fuses. Then I was called back to make sure I found their email. This goes above and beyond! You definitely made my day and I want to shout it out to everyone!
