Dear American Energy Systems,
Two weeks ago, my Reliant industries pellet stove’s circuit board went bad. Knowing that Reliant was out of business, I went ahead and called their phone number anyway and received a warm welcome from a gracious couple who said it had been a long time since they had heard from a Reliant owner.
You may want to send some kind of referral compensation to them for customers like me. Anyway, I called them back and thanked them for telling me to go to American Energy Systems online.
Why?
I am a satisfied customer! And here’s why.
Your parts department, by my description and part numbers that I submitted online, sent me to the correct location of the Magnum website. I found the proper part, which works fantastic.
You don’t have to post this if you don’t want to, I just feel like in that movie, A Miracle On 34th Street, when a Macy’s customer is sent to Gimbles when Macy’s was unable to help. This analogy make sense to me. You sold me a part to a stove you didn’t manufacture. However, when I do need to buy a new stove someday, Magnum will be my number #1 choice.
Thank You,
Robert T. K. Grant

American Energy Systems is not the manufacturer of this product. An earlier Country Flame company out of Mt. Vernon Missouri made this product. We recently purchased the rights to use the Country Flame name (2008). Sometimes we can help find parts though. Please email [email protected] pictures of the control board front and back and they will try to help out.

My R-T-4-90 is also on the fritz. Is there a manual I can download?
Thanks!
We’re in contact for a bit more information. Thanks for contacting us.
i have a reliiant serial #3249 RT 4 80 need manuel ifpossable and help with auger not working right . thank you
I am sorry but this unit model was discontinued by the company that built it over 25 years ago and we do not have access to manuals or parts. Usually if the auger is not working it could be something stuck in it, the vacuum hose plugged or broken or the vacuum sensor is shot. If it is the sensor you could bypass the wiring and see if the unit will operate. If it does, then email [email protected] and they can help you get a part for it. If you would like to upgrade to a newer unit that you can get parts for also let them know and the factory has special incentives for you.
Looking for a circuit board for my R-T-4-90 Reliant pellet stove. Can you help me?
Could you please tell me where to purchase it?
We are looking for parts for a Reliant Avent Pellet Stove. Model – Avent Serial No. A-1227. We need the circuit board for this stove. Where do we go for parts?
In need of control board for Reliant Phoenix Model FS/I
Please help! 🙁
My Tempest R-T-4-90 model’s auger doesn’t stop turning… even without pushing the auger start button. I’m thinking it’s the TRIAC on the board. Can I get a manual and or specs on the TRIAC to replace it? Or the circuit board?
Thanks,
Brent
We’re sorry, but this is not an American Energy Systems product. Therefore we are unable to help you with this.
I too have a problem with the auger on our Reliant R-T-4-90 I have not been able to find a manual or anything for it. Can you lead me in the right direction?
American Energy Systems is not the manufacturer of the Reliant T40 model but we have many parts available for that model. You can contact the technical Department at the factory at [email protected] with pictures of the parts that you need and they will be able to help you out. They should have a scanned manual also for your model.
I NEED A MANUAL FOR MY TEMPEST PELLET STOVE,ITS AN OLD ONE AND IT IS WORKING OKEY,BUT WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A MANUAL IF POSABLE.I BELIVR THE MODEL IS R-T-4-90 HOPE YOU CAN HELP. THANK YOU JOE
I am sorry but we do not have any manuals for the Tempest Reliant product. That was built by another company and they did not provide us that info when they went out of business.
I need a new combustion fan motor for my Reliant T-40. The # in the manual says:

HELP HELP…..
We have a Reliant modesl Essex Serial No. 2533, 32000 btu. The auger would not operate. We cleaned it, but when we pushed the start button the little lead light on the panel won’t come on. We checked out the circuits and they seem to be OK but we’re not getting power to the auger. There’s a circuit breaker(?) on the auger housing. A couple of years ago the auger quit operating and we pressed the circuit breaker and it fixed the problem. This time it didn’t work. Any suggestions? Do you have a manual we can buy? Our phone no. is 775-426-9706. We live in Nevada and it’s cold! Thanks
Jim, you can download the ESSEX owners manual online at http://www.magnumheat.com. If there is power everywhere else except the auger it could be the vacuum sensor, a wire loose, the board or the high temp snap disk. You might want to bypass the vacuum sensor to see if things operate before spending money. Download the manual and then let me know what you find.
There should be a light blinking on the board if it is a newer board or if it is the rotary board if nothing works, then the board is toast.
Our augur doesn’t work. We cleaned it and it still doesn’t work, although we presssed the reset button. Do you have a manual we can buy?
Hello
I have a Reliance pellet stove model #2340. It goes out after about a half hour. I believe there is a temperature sensor not working properly. Can you help me? Am I on the right track? Where would I get any parts I need?
Roger
If everything is running correctly past the startup cycle ( first 15 minutes), then the board should be working ok. Depending on what happens to shut the unit down after 30 minutes will determine what might need replacing. Sometimes, especially with the poor quality wood pellets these days, the auger might quit feeding for a bit, the fire dies down over time and the fire cannot startup again. If you can tell me exactly what happens when it shuts down i can lead you to the answer. If you have the digital board tell me what light is blinking when it shuts down. You can email [email protected] for technical email support. Parts can be ordered online depending on what is needed. Technical will direct you.
I have a Reliant Phoenix FS/1 pellet stove and i am not sure how to slow the feed rate down on any setting. Unburned pellets overflow and pile high in the burnpot. There are two holes marked feed adjust L and H but i dont know which way to turn them. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You
Our apologies, but the Reliant Phoenix FS/1 is not an American Energy Systems product.
I am trying to buy a used pellet stove which is a Reliant 2340. I need to know that I can get ALL the parts for it if I need them. Can you assure me that all parts are available for this unit and that they will be available for a while.
Dan
I have a reliant t 40 pellet stove that the fan runs constantly thinking i may need a new low limit fan switch ?
Toby
Yes, if the room air blower or the draft blower run constantly even though the switch has been turned to off, then the low temp sensor is bad. The part number for that is MF3537
I am looking for an ignitor for a phoenix pellet stove Model: FS/1, Ser: 2717. 1993-95.
Hi Charles, Thanks for contacting American Energy Systems. You can look at the igniters that we have in the online store. It may be the RP2000 which is the igniter that went in The T40 and Essex units. go to Magnumheat.com, click on Ecom Store. Next, go to Magnum Parts, click on Electrical Components, and the part number is RP2000 and look at the picture. I hope this does the trick, if not, please email or call us directly. Our technical number is 320-234-0743
Need a circuit board or schematic of board for reliant avent / tempest pellet stove
The Avent control board is no longer available from the board supplier. There is a contact for repairing the board though. The guys name is Joe Narduzzi at 208-250-9230 and his email is [email protected]. He should be able to assist you in repairing your board.
I just spoke with Joe at pelletstoverepair this morning cocerning the Avent control board and he said he knows nothing about the circuit board
Joe must be running out of parts or tired of repairing the board. He has been doing it for the past 3-4 years for customers. I think that it might be time to upgrade to a MagnuM DC model BC-DC. It will be a great replacement unit. Contact [email protected] and they will help you.
I have a Reliant stove that will start up and run fine for about 10 – 15 minutes and then the lights on the control panel go out and the feed stops, but the fans still run until I unplug it. Any ideas on where to start???
If the #3 light blinks when it shuts down, then the low temp proof of fire sensor is bad. If the sensor is good, then it could be that the stove is dirty or the sensor is dirty and the unit did not get up to temp quick enough to finish the startup cycle. If the #2 light blinks then the vacuum sensor has sensed a loose door, gasket leaking, venting plugged, fresh air not hooked up or plugged. From there it could be a bad board wall thermostat or wiring problem.
My stove is the Essex model, with the serial number: 10376. It does not have any lights that blink. I also discovered tonight that if I turn the stove off on the side panel that I cannot turn it back on. I believe that the control board is probably the culprit. Can you e-mail me the cost of a new one if it is available? Please and thank you. I really appreciate all of the help. You guys are awesome!
We need to identify if this older Essex model has a new digital board (you would push the on/off button and the board engages) or the older style rotary board (there is a dial to turn and a couple of rocker switches). If you have the older style board our vendor no longer makes or supports them so you would have to upgrade your board and possibly the wiring harness to the newest board. You would contact the factory technical center at 320-57-6565 to work through this information. You can send your board into the tech center to have it evaluated if you like. There is a $35.00 charge for doing so though so might be good to invest in a new board. For direct tech assistance email [email protected]
Hi, I have a Phoenix/Baron Pellet Stove FS/I which I need a new control panel, can you help?
Thank you,
Jim Minten
I am sorry but this product was made by Reliant Industries and they went out of business over 20 years ago. We were able to get this board from a control vendor for a while but about 5 years ago they quit supplying them. We have some great prices on Magnum replacement units that we are giving folks that have obsolete product and if you like we can quote you. just email [email protected] and they will be glad to help you out.
Hello,
Do you have any replacement control boards for Reliant industries pellet stoves?
Thank you,
Darron Edwards
I have a Model T-40 that I need a new circuit board for. Could you help me?
Thank you!
Celia
If you have the newer version of unit and have the electronci control board with the push button start, the part number is RP2007. If you have the older version with the two rocker switches and rotary dial, that board is obsolete and you would have to contact [email protected] to work out a conversion to the newer board.
HI I HAVE A CUSTOMER LOKKING FOR AN EXAUST BLOWER FOR AN OMNI T40.MANUFACTERED BY RELIANT INDUSTRIES INC.FASCO PART LR36496,NO 7002-2961 TYPE U02B, V115 HZ60 AMP8 CLASSB RPM3000 THERMALLY PROTECTED AD.DO YOU KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND THIS PART.
Dorothy, you can go to our ECOM store and order part number RP2030 and that will work on your appliance. This will be a new 2-speed blower and you would connect the black and white wires.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH.HOW DO I GET TO YOUR ECOM STORE?
http://www.americanenergysystems.com/store.cfm
Have reliant insert pellet stove that needs a control board it a fs/1 model like to know where to get one or get it repaired thank u
Unfortunately we do not have information on this product model. If you would like, please email [email protected] and send a picture of the front and back of the control board. They might be able to recommend an upgrade or possibly you will need to retire that unit and get an exceptional discount on a new one. This is the year to do that with the tax rebates.
I need an exhaust fan for a Reliant pellet stove. I don’t know the model number anymore, but T-40 sounds familiar. I was told by a local dealer that the motor is a DC motor. It has six mounting holes and appears to have two hot wires and no neutral/ground wire.
If you can email a picture of the part to [email protected] I will be able to identify it and then I am sure that we will have the part on hand.
First of all Thanks for providing support for Reliant Pellet stoves. I own a T-40 DC and having trouble with High temp limit switch, it keeps tripping. I don’t think the problem is the limit switch though, the auger is over feeding the fire box and the fire get so hot that it is tripping the High temp limit switch. Do you have any ideas??? Thanks again
Typically when the firepot overflows and either builds up into the fuel drop tube or burns around inside the firebox, either the fuel is really bad, fresh air is not connected or it is plugged, exhaust blower needs upgrading or replacing because of the fuel, exhaust venting is plugged or the door gaskets are leaking. Check all of these things, clean the exhaust manifold and rest of the unit and see what happens. You can email [email protected] for additional assistance.
Hello,
I’m looking to find a circuit board for a Reliant pellet stove, Avent model, s/n A-1285. Any help or direction on where else to look would be appreciated!
Thank you,
M. Williams
Unfortunately the Avent control board was discontinued by the Reliant Company about 5 years ago. For a while we were able to get replacement boards and repairs done to existing boards but that is no longer possible. The best that we can do is offer a great discount on a replacement MagnuM or Country Flame unit. You can email [email protected] should you be interested or call the factory at 320-+587-6565.
I have a Reliant Trailblazer pellet stove but don’t have a manual. Would you know where I can get one? Do you know if the piping needs to go through the roof or can I put the piping in the window? I don’t have a model number for the stove.
Thanks
The Reliant Trailblazer was built by a company out of Placerville California over 25 years ago. We do not have any manuals available for their product. We also do not have any parts available anymore for this particular model. American Energy Systems, the company that purchased Reliant a few years back is giving exceptional discounts on replacement units though. You can save over $750.00 on a replacement unit. Email [email protected] for details.
I have a Reliant T-40. Don’t have the specs in front of me, but it has a build date of October 1997. It has the old style control panel with rocker switches for manual feed and on/off, a dial for fan speed, and a push button start. It burns great, but recently the fan shuts off when I turn the power off instead of running for 20minutes during cool down. Any thoughts on the potential problem and solution?
Zachary, This sounds like a control board problem or most likely the exhaust proof of fire sensor is bad. Check that out and replace if needed.
I have a Reliant (model: Avent) that needs a replacement handle/door locking mechanism. Any ideas?
Yes, you can go to the ECOM store on this website, go to MagnuM parts, then hardware parts and then order part number MF3626. If you need additional help call the factory at 320-227-2902
Hi. I have a Reliant Avent. It needs a new auger motor. Can you direct me in the direction of where i could get one?
Oh my apologies…the auger motor part number a RT020. Thanks for your time!
I need a pair os brick panels for my Reliant stove
Please email your model number to [email protected] and they will get you the correct parts. If you have a model T40 the part would be RP2001 & RP2002.
Hi,
I have a Reliant 2340 pellet stove that no longer powers up. I suspect the small electric auger motor is bad, because it seemed to be dying towrds the end of last winter. Any informatin you can provide for locating a new motor and/or other parts that might be part of the powering on problem would be greatly appeciated.
Thank you,
Dan
This is not our product but we might have the auger motor. Please email a picture of the auger motor to [email protected] and they will help you out.
I have a reliant agent and it shut it self down when I use it on med or hi. Is a manual available so I can try and diagnose my problem?
Avent
There is a manual on this website in the technical section for the Avent Pellet stove or you can email [email protected] and they can email that over to you. It sounds like your vacuum sensor might be plugged or possibly the board is going out.
Hi there
We have a little rascal country flame pellet stove. We went to start it for the first time today and could not get it to ignite. We started it in the prime mode it went fine and after that completed we pushed the on off button in, holding for 5 seconds, the ignition light came on and instantly the lights began to flash and never ignited. We tried starting it with out priming and the same thing happened, any thoughts?
Thanks
Lori
Lori, it sounds like the safety sensor on the Vacuum sensor tripped out the stove. Might be that the venting or fresh air is not balanced correctly or possibly the sequence of starting the unit. Unplug the unit, wait about 5 minutes and then plug back in. Let it go through the diagnostic sequence for about 15 minutes and then push the start button. If it continues email [email protected] and they will walk through everything with you.
This seem to be a good blog, i was exactly looking for this information, Now i got it, i will make sure to read the post clearly.
The blower function to cool the stove down (after turning it off) on my tempest reliant has stopped working. Will you send me a contact e-mail address and I can send you the model number or whatever else you need. Thanks.
Please send you e-mail contact address to [email protected]. Thanks
The Reliant Tempest is not our product but we have some parts for it. Email [email protected] with a picture of the part and we will identify and help you out.
Is the cool down phase a safety feature (in general) that is important to be working?
All safety features and operational features of the board are important for the safety of the home and the unit. If a safety feature is not working it must be replaced.
I am looking for a Door handle for the Reliant Pellet stove R-T-4-90. The part number may be RT120. Do you know where to get this part?
The part number is RP2097
Have a question about my reliant t40 works and starts fine but after 10 min or so I hear a click then it shuts off , not sure if this could be one of the sensors I cleaned the unit thinking it might help but still same thing , any help would be appreciated
There is a 10 minute startup cycle on the control board. If the unit does not get up to temperature within that time it will shut down. The Low temp sensor that runs this is located on the side of the exhaust blower. Jumper the wires on it and if all runs replace it. Part number MF3537. If it still clicks and shuts down then the control board is shot. Email [email protected] with pictures of the board to identify the correct series.
I have an Reliant pellet stove that’s once going and gets hot , the blower fan stops operating and the pellets continue to feed smothering out the firepot and backdrafts smoke into the room. After a considerable amount of time the blower sometimes starts up again and if there are any embers left will restart the fire.
Any suggestions ?
If you are referring to the exhaust blower that would mean that the blower is wearing out and needs to be replaced. The part number would be RP2030.
IS THEE A MANUAL FOR A TEMPEST PELLET STOVE ? I THINK THE MODEL IS R-T-4-90>?
Sorry but there is none available from the company that built your unit. They have been gone for over 15 years.
I need a auger motor for a Reliant pellet stove, unknown model #. It appears to be a generic type motor. Do you carry the replacement? Sorry about the lack of model #, can’t find it on the unit. Thank you for your time!
We would need a picture of the unit, the auger motor and then we could help you determine if we have the motor or not. Need to also know if it is a AC or DC unit. Please send this information to [email protected].
Need auger motor for Reliant Industries T-40
You would need to email a picture of the auger motor to [email protected] and they will help you identify the right part number to order.
I have a problem with my reliant 2340 Vermont casting.Have you heard of a problem with the distribution fans not working due to no power at the board end of the Leeds?
I am sorry but this is not one of our products. We have some parts for the older Reliant pellet stoves but this model is not one that we have any information on. We can give you a great discount on a replacement unit should you wish to upgrade and get a newer product that will have parts. Email [email protected] if you are interested.
Please help I recently bought a used Reliant essex pellet stove made 1998 serial number 2232 I have no manual can u sell me a manual not sure how to run stove properly. Have no idea of part numbers.
If you email [email protected] they can round you up a manual that might help. It might not be as old as your unit but will give you the info needed to operate it. Maybe it is time to upgrade to a new unit that you can get parts for. Ask them for special upgrade pricing.
I have a Country Side Magnum J3500. Started it last night for the first time like normal, it heated up as usual but the blower would not turn on. I contacted american energy and they said to jumper the wires for the sensor MF3537 to see if that’s the problem. So if I basically take the two wires from that sensor, tie them together, the blower should automatically start fanning after plugging the unit back in and do nothing else, correct? And if not, then would it be more than likely the blower having issues?
Yes, the blower should run after the unit is plugged in and turned on, if it does not, then the wiring or the blower is the problem.
I need a control board for a phoenix pellet stove? Can you Help?
I am sorry but we do not have a control board for that unit. The vendor quit making this board over 25 years ago. The best that we can do is offer a discount on a new stove that will be updated and current. If interested contact the factory at 800-495-3196
I have a reliant pellet stove Model: Baron fs1 that was made in Placerville over 20 years ago. My wife broke a switch and both spacer bars off of the actual control board. I searched every where trying to find somebody that had the knowledge to repair or rebuild that control board. I was just about to throw in the towel, when luckily i stumbled across JOE NARDUZZI. My pellet stove crapped out one day before a major rain storm(cold rain storm) was coming in.. I called Joe on a Saturday morning and he told me to bring it down to his place of business and he would look at it. My control board is a analog push start control button that ran off 120 v and it had a battery back-up in case of a power outage that would run on 12 VDC. Joe did what everyone else said could,nt be done. He repaired it while I watched…Joe canit fix control boards that require computer software, but analog boards he can. I would think that the board I have is pretty much like most of the reliant stoves would have. Joe’s workshop is in his home and he is the most honest and truthful person that I have met and is very reasonable with pricing. Here is Joe’s address:
[email protected]
or
[email protected]
Thank you very much for this information. I think we used him before but thought that he had quit doing this. We will pass the word on to anyone that has this old analog board.
Hello, my name is Ray Belew. I have a Reliant pellet stove Model FS/1. the control board turns on the fan and adjusts the speed of the fan, but does not feed pellets into the combustion chamber. can you please help me out. Our electric bill has gotten out of control without the use of our pellet stove.
Thank you Ray Belew
sorry…I missed a letter in my email
The Phoenix stove control board system was obsoleted by the manufacturer over 20 years ago. There are no parts or replacements for that unit. The best that we can do is recommend a replacement stove and get you the best price possible. Contact [email protected] if you are interested.
I have a R-T-4-90 Reliant Tempest pellet stove.I bought it used burned great for like 15 days then It started freaking out .Starts out burning fine after just a couple minutes turns into a raging fire in the fire box.pellets start falling faster and the fire gets larger.broke the glass in the stove.i cleaned out the vent pipes made no difference.
While this is not our product maybe I can help you out on this. Usually if the auger runs continuous, that means that the control board is bad. Unfortunately you have purchased a obsolete unit and the company that built it has been gone for over 20 years and there are no
parts available for it. We can sell you a replacement unit should you need one but have no other parts.
To check the board, watch the auger motor, if it cyles on and off and changes between settings, then the board is good. Then you would look at fuel quality or loose gaskets on the door. You will need to clean the firepot out at least once a day on that unit to avoid overfilling and overfiring of the firepot. Also have the air 2/3 open while burning. Email [email protected] for further assistance.
I have a Phoenix Reliant FS/I for which I am trying to hunt down a manual. Any leads would be appreciated. The unit works great 95% of the time, but occasionally shuts off in the middle of the evening for no apparent reason. I have been led to believe that it is likely a high limit switch that is tripping, and that servicing the motor may very well resolve it. Any thoughts or information would be appreciated.
The Phoenix unit has been gone for over 25 years. The company that built it is long gone and did not make provision for parts replacement. The best that we can do is get you a great price on a replacement stove. If it is just a limit switch if you email a picture of the parts to [email protected] they should be able to match you up with a part number that you can order on the sensors.
Jim I have a manual if you need I can copy for you. [email protected]
Jeanne
Hello and THANK YOU for having the thought to start this blog> The Good Karma is strong. So here’s a bit of info about my situation. I bought my mother a Reliant Industries small room heater pellet stove back in early 90’s>>>I repair electronics from home> what im hoping to find is a replacement board or the rotary switch(it sounds like the internal sliding contacts are crushing when turned . Mouser probably has the right switch but choosing from a million of them without no more than the brand name of Lorlin-Uk, Its been a frustrating 3 days. do you have a distributor link, can I buy from you. Ill keep looking< The reason im typing is to say thank you. I post random repair videos on youtube for the same reason I think you started this post. anyways hey HAVE an Awesome tomorrow. No good deed goes unpunished…..
Aaron DeAger here, the board is a DP2C-rev2 ace /reliant industries room heater. Im having little luck finding the rotary switch. Ill come back to this site later and give any helpful info I can through this blog>
Yes, the rotary style board was discontinued by the vendor a few years back. You can email some pictures of the board to [email protected] to see if they can help.
I have a reliant pellet stove and have had great success in the past ordering and replacing parts. Now I need a gasket for my glass door which has a fraying gasket and is leaking smoke. Model FS/I bought in Placerville, CA in 1995. Incredible stove The replacement parts list has 2 listings for the gasket?? SN: RP 140 Glass Gasket Grapho WT-187, or Door gasket grapho 5/8″ How do I know which one to order?
thx Jeanne Scott Will a photo help?
The gasket that would go around the glass would be part number R0082, you can order by the foot online here at the ecom store. The round gasket for the door channel if you need that would be
R0080.
We have good luck ordering parts from your ecom online store. We have a Magnum Countryside Corn Stove, Model #3500P. Now we are in need of a blower fan. I will be watching my email for the part number. Thank you in advance.
The part number would be MF3541. You get a discount if you order the MF3541-O.
Thank you so much. This is so nice to be able to get info and order.
Wow! On a whim I did a search for Reliant Industries. It’s hard to believe some of the stoves I built in the mid 90’s are still working. Wish I had recent info on parts and product to share.
Yes, there are thousands of the old Reliant product out in the field still working. We have some of the parts for these units and upgrades for some parts that are obsolete and not available, like some of the control boards.
For Admin. I just remembered where Reliant Industries got their circuit boards. The boss’ brother was the owner of Applied Control Electronics in Placerville, Ca. Don’t know if this helps any.
Yes, we have been working with Applied for many years now. Unfortunately the older boards have been obsoleted by Applied because they cannot get the parts to repair or replace the boards. On some units, we can upgrade to the current control board that we have, on others it is just time to upgrade to our newer units. Pass the word and thanks for your input.
I have a baron pellet stove that came with the cabin I purchased. It works perfectly from what I have noticed so far. Is there a manual out there that will help me do any maintenance to keep it working? I think it needs a door felt gasket, are those available?
Thanks
I am sorry, the Barron was built by Reliant Industries over 25 years ago and we were not able to get any information on it. Hope it keeps running for you as there are no parts available for it.
I am searching for an owners/service manual for a Reliant RT-4-90 can you help
I am sorry but the company that built this model has been gone for over 20 years and we were not able to acquire an old manual for this unit. There also are not any parts available. The best that we can do is offer a great discount on a replacement unit.

We are looking for a fan gasket for a Model T-40 dc pellet stove. The old gasket fell apart when we took the fan off to clean it. I am not able to find a part number can you help please.
The DC model would have a round room fan blower. The gasket for that is a flat high temp tape 3/16″ x 5/8″ wide. Factory part number P003178. Will need 2 feet.
Hi I have a essex serial #2359 and used it yesterday and worked fine. Then came back in the morning and the stove would no work other then the blower motor turns on and the high button works. the auger will not work on the Manuel setting to engage and it and also the green led light that is for the start button will not light up and engage the igniter. the other circuit board that is in the pellet stove has a greed led light that is lit up. Also the speed setting dial will not make the auger drop the pellets either. i know the auger is not clogged and stuck cause i can move it by hand. hope this makes sense. any help would be great as this is our main source of heat. Thank you so much casey smith
The vacuum sensor might be tripping which would cause the auger to stop working. You could bypass the wires on the vacuum switch to see if the auger works and if it does check all hoses, gaskets, clean the stove, check the venting and fresh air hookup and if all is well replace the vacuum switch.
I checked and bypassed the vacuum switch and nothing worked on the auger. so what would be my next step. Is it the mother board?

Hi..I have a phonix/barron pellet stove modle#fs/1
The controll board went out on it…I am in need of a new one.
Is there any after market boards out there?
I am sorry Dave but that unit was obsoleted over 25 years ago and the board vendor quit rebuilding and offering a replacement for this board. It might be time to upgrade to a newer style unit. The factory is offering heavy discounts on new replacement units if you like. Take a look online at what might fit your needs.
I have a reliant essex pellet stove, purchased in 1999. I need a new auger motor. Where can I obtain and what is the cost? Also, will this stove meet the new wood burning regulations?
If this is the DC model the auger motor would be part number RP2020, if it is the AC model it would be part number RP2022. Any stove made that old would be grandfathered in and does not need to meet the new standard. The cost with freight can be calculated in the ECOM store right here on this website.
Hi we have a reliant t40 pellet stove and need a new igniter and maybe some more parts. Would you be able to help us?

We would have the parts that you need. You can order online right here on the website. The igniter is part number RP2000. If you need help with identifying any other parts and cannot find them on the ECOM store please email [email protected] for help or call 320-227-2903. We will be able to assist you.
I have a Radiant T 40, serial #2273. It needs an ignitor. Leon Savaria, 509 834 9964
The Igniter for a T40 model unit is RP2000 and can be ordered at the ECOM store on the magnumheat.com website. If you cannot do that then call 800-495-3196 for assistance. Be sure to check for other parts needed to keep the freight costs down.
I need help on my pellet stove as I can not find a manual for it reliant tempest free standing any help is very much appreciated thank you Dave
I am sorry but this model of stove is so old that the company that built it is gone and we do not have any parts or information on it. The best that we can do is offer a new stove at a discount if you are interested.

This is too old of a unit. We do not have a control board that will work on this unit.
