We are pleased to share our good news and a bit of information regarding the new EPA rules/NSPA emission regulations with you. Check back soon, as we’ll have more information for you.
EPA Rules
Starting in May 2015, the new EPA NSPS emissions regulations go into full effect and no product that is not certified to the new regulations can be purchased or sold. There are two stages to the standard. The first stage is that no wood burning or pellet burning product can emit over 4.5 grams per hour of emissions.
You can be confident that all of the MagnuM and Country Flame Wood Pellet and Corn burning appliances are coming in around 1.0 or less grams per hour of emissions. Obviously, this is considerably below what the EPA is saying is clean burning.

I have a magnum model number 0005286 have never got the unit keep running. It seams to not have the ability to feed pellets fast enough to keep the fire going on low or up as high as the unit can go the auger turns but the delivery is not there. Motor is new, the brass bushing are new, very little end play in the augur. What is my problem?

This year it has been poor fuel quality, especially left over from last year that have caused this. Check your fuel and then if it persists email [email protected] to help diagnose the problem.

Don’t use it as your main source of heat. It seems hard to find parts the same day. also a good tip if you have a corn pellet mix it seems to keep it clean and burn a nice heat. I don’t like how hard they are to clean out. it takes a lot of work.

Regular maintenance goes a long way to make it easy to keep up with your stove. A typical stove takes about 15-20 minutes to do the weekly clean and about 2 minutes to do the daily clean. Parts can be purchased right off the factory website and are shipped the same day. Keeping the common parts on hand can keep your stove running tip top all the time.
